From the cheese that soaks up the flavours of the meat, the melt in your mouth meat, to the soft buttery bread! Absolutely smashed it. Never had a better philly cheese! Mo’s brisket is perfect. We ordered for a small gathering, and delivery was easy, exactly as expected. The taste was excellent, smokey, soft, and juicy, with a crisp, blackened exterior. Highly recommend.

A passion for Texas BBQ
This is more than a hobby – it’s something I love, obsess over, and study constantly. I have developed my own methodology by drawing on the greatest Texan Pitmasters who have spent decades perfecting their craft.
Oak Smoked perfection
Oak Wood is the perfect middle ground between stronger/ more bitter profiles like Hickory wood or Mesquite and sweeter smoke profiles like Cherry wood or Apple Wood. I use real Oak wood with charcoal for an ideal aromatic, unique flavour.
Unique spice rub
I have carefully selected and imported genuine and authentic award-winning Texan spice rubs, based on years of customer data and feedback, to create a delicious bite with a fantastic flavour
Borrowing from the Pitmasters
My methodology is a mix of the best Pitmasters, including Harry Soo, Goldees BBQ, Franklins BBQ, Bar A, and Chuds. I have studied all of their techniques and taken elements from each to create my own.
60 Hour cooks
I take the “slow” in “Low and Slow” seriously. The total time to prepare each brisket is 60 Hours. This allows for an incredible outer bark, fully rendered fat, and soft, juicy meat.
Fire Management
I am one of the only people in the UK who has an automated fire management system for my smoker – meaning I can control and manage my fire down to single degrees of tolerance, resulting in consistent, excellent smoked meats every single time.
Cost Effective
I do not have a restaurant, staff, or overheads to pay, so I do not need to charge as much as other Smokehouses. I have a full-time job already, and am only doing this purely out of the love of BBQ. I pass those savings on to you.
